I've always stressed the importance of mastering your craft no matter what it is. Before you can teach or train others you must first qualify yourself through self education.
So, this weekend Ricky and I took Nya, our 11 year old Professional Makeup Artist to Orlando, FL to attend The Makeup Show Orlando.
Having been a student of makeup since she was 7 many of the companies there were blown away by her work and what she was able to do at such a young age.
She later thanked us for taking her and shared with me how she now understands why we always tell her that education in your craft is important.
There's always more to learn no matter who you are and no matter how long you've been in your industry.
“How did she get so good?” one of the vendors asked me.
“She's done over 3000 looks over the past 3 years,” Ricky answered.
Practice makes PERMANENT.
The Million Dollar Stylist® Roadmap makes it plain and clear…Step #1 is to become highly skilled in your craft.
That's why we offer online training, to help you reach mastery, but don't stop there keep learning until you've reached a point of mastery so you can move on to follow your Million Dollar Stylist® Roadmap to have more FREEDOM, TIME, & INDEPENDENCE!
Be blessed,
