For years I've been on the hunt for the best Flat Iron and I think I found it, but first let me give you some background on my history with Flat Irons…

Years ago I was sold out on the infamous Chi Iron. I remember I went to the mall and picked one up from a salon. I was so excited to have a “Chi”! LOL

Chi Irons are overrated in my opinion. They, like some of the “old school” brands of hair have diminished in quality over the past few years.

I gave up on them a few years ago when I switched over to the FHI Platform.

It was great, but not quite what I was looking for. I'd sometimes have to do a few passes (no more than 3) to get the hair as straight as I wanted it.

There's an adjustable temp control that get's up to 450. The ceramic plates on this iron are 3 layers deep AND are said to be scratch resistant as well as infused with Tourmaline to seal in moisture.

Like I said, this is a great iron but I wanted more! I wanted an iron that heated evenly that will take super curly hair to straight with just one pass.

That almost happened when I started doing a ton of Keratin Treatments using the Keratin Complex flat iron that had Titanium plates.

OMG I was in heaven! The only issue was that the iron was SUPER bulky and required me to use a styling iron (very small to get the baby hairs).

I started doing some research and came across the most amazing flat iron I've ever used!

So what's so special about this iron?

Here are my 3 main reasons…

1. It's Ultra Thin which means you DON'T need to use a smaller iron to truly get to the client's roots. It's super thin and lightweight and that's my favorite thing about this iron.

2. The plates are extra long. Now this will take some time to get use to, but TRUST ME you'll love the person who created it once you get use to it. These extra plates save you some time because you're able to straighten wider sections at a time.

3. There are 50 different heat settings that reach up to 450 degrees. What I really like about that is no matter what texture of hair you're dealing with you can still use the same iron. In the past I'd have to break out my stove and Marcel irons, but now I can just use my amazing flat iron.

I can't tell you enough good things about this iron. It's amazing and will work wonders for you and your clients.
