How To Address Negativity On Social Media
More often than not, I prefer silence. Trollers as we call them show negativity not to hurt you but to gain attention on Social media platforms. To be known among people about their opinion and views about you.
It may hamper your social media image but, I believe that people who know you, will always know the truth.
Having said that, silence is not always the solution, you can do the following things:
- Simply ignore the negative comments and reply only to the positive ones. Remember, negative comments is not a reflection of you, your personality or your business.
- We can also give a befitting reply – as long as you do not go down to their level.
- Simply block, unfollow or report them.
