“Today is my birthday and my Wife sent me to the store to buy cake mix for my own cake, AND she didn't have dinner cooked. In fact I haven't had a home cooked meal since…well I don't remember!
That's okay though. Won't be that way for long, I've got women coming at me all kinds of ways, and my children are almost grown and out of the house…”
My eyes were as big as yours are right now. Those were the words I heard come from a man who apparently was in an unhappy marriage which I'm sure one day was absolutely wonderful!
Relationships are funny. When we meet someone for the first time, most of the time we meet their representative.
What do I mean by that?
I mean you meet the person that opens doors, or in terms of a stylist they give extra massage time at the shampoo bowl, throw in a little extra this or that. You know what I'm talking about now?
Slowly but surely those things start to fade away as you get more comfortable.
I've seen this happen time and time again in the salon. Clients would end up in my chair talking about how things were with their previous stylist.
Why was I so different?
Because I stayed consistent. Whatever I did I was always the same. Getting too comfortable with your client/stylist relationships IS dangerous and could cost you a lot of time and money in the future.
What stylists dont know is this is one of the main reasons they loose clients, when comfort set's in you start…
1. Showing up to appointments late
2. Texting clients not following professional protocol
3. Talking on the phone during services
Shall I go on?
The point I'm making is that no matter who is sitting in your chair you must always remain professional and consistent with your relationship and service provided.
I go on for hours about this, and in fact I do address this in my Million Dollar Stylist System.
This system is, as we speak changing lives!
Here's proof the system works!
This video was filmed by my coaching client, Bukola. You will be inspired by her drive and success with the Million Dollar Stylist system.
Over the past month I've had the honor of sharing my proprietary processes and systems with Bukola. She has already planned her first Seminar and is well on her way to reaching her life-long goals.
Buying DVDs, reading books, or watching videos mean nothing if you don't take action. Bukola is taking action and I'm so proud of her!
