In this episode of Marquetta Breslin Live, we talked about the things you need to do in order to change your life in 30 days.
The first one is to give thanks. We suggest that you should have a morning routine, when you wake up, pray and give thanks. This is just practicing gratitude every day. No matter who you are, there are big and little things to appreciate about your life. Start small and get bigger. Gratitude is really important because if you don't work towards finding happiness every day, you will find that no matter what you’re working to accomplish, it is fleeting.
Social Distancing – This only means taking a break from social media for a while and going to explore new stuff. Surround yourself with things that genuinely make you happy. Do not encourage any thoughts about whatever you want to forget. Spend more time away from social media if you must. If you’re strong-willed, disconnecting from social media isn’t necessary, distancing yourself would be fine.
And lastly, is the purge, it only means freeing yourself from anything that is all negative, getting rid of these people, and forgiving yourself. Avoid them, if it is the only way you can handle life.
