Is Coconut Oil Good For Your Hair?

I remember years ago listening to my Dad tell me how he used Olive Oil on his hair.

At the time I thought he was crazy until I tried it for myself. The benefits are amazing!

In fact, I've even been able to benefit even more from using 100% Raw Organic Olive Oil.

I use it as part of my hair elixer that I'll tell you about later.

But, lately since I've been developing my elixer I've discovered something that may be better than 100% Raw Organic Olive Oil.

What is it?

coconutoilCoconut Oil. Yep Coconut Oil is a miracle oil for the hair!

Here are 3 ways to use Coconut Oil

1. Conditioner – Add 1 to 2 tsp of warmed coconut oil on the hair and scalp before bed. You can either rinse it out in the morning or leave it in as a daily moisturizer.

2. Conditioning Treatment – Apply coconut oil to the hair and give yourself a steam treatment. The steam will open up the cuticle and allow for the oil to penetrate into the cuticle for a deeper conditioning treatment.

3. Control Dry Scalp – Apply Coconut Oil to your scalp and let it sit for a 3 to 4 hours. Rinse it out with warm water. You should see the flakes completely disappear.
Not only is Coconut Oil amazing for your hair, but it also has some pretty amazing health benefits.

So…give it a try and let me know how it works for you!

Tomorrow I will be revealing another “secret” ingredient in my hair elixer that I use.

Be blessed,
