Someone just asked me the other day…
“Marquetta, what's your New Year's Resolution?”
I laughed it off and cracked a joke, but in all actuality I don't have one and I don't make them.
Why?
…Because most people don't follow through with their New Year's resolution.
That's why I always take this time of the year to plan out the next year.
In full detail Ricky and I sit down and discuss in detail what we're planning on launching for the following year.
What's stopping you from doing the same?
I can't tell you how many people tell me they want to start a hair care line, start selling hair, sell training videos, or create a seminar.
2016 is your year to do it…
Sit down away from your office and plan out what you're going to do for the year.
Write it down, laminate it and put it on your wall, save it to your phone, or put it somewhere you'll see it daily.
Each time you see yourself straying away from your list ask yourself if what you're doing is contributing to your list or not.
If it's not, don't do it. Only do things that will directly contribute to what you're setting out to do.
This is one of the most important things you can do in your business, and life.
