I've always said my Mom is the bravest woman I know. I've seen her go through things that no woman should have to experience.
She's not a complainer, never have been. She's a trooper, a soldier, and a heck of a fighter.
Last night as we were all getting ready for bed, she apologized for having to have me sleep in the room with her to make sure she was safe.
On Friday Ricky took her to the ER for severe joint pain, and last night it was back with a vengeance.
At 4:00am my eyes popped open to see her rocking back an forth on the side of her bed in tears.
I felt helpless. I did the only thing I knew to do which is to stand on the word of God.
As I type this email I'm sitting bedside with my Mom while she's resting, waiting to figure out what's ahead of us.
Through it all she's been so strong, and brave. It's only by the grace of God that she's was able to get this far. I truly believe He didn't bring her this far no reason…
When life throws you a curve ball. Catch it and throw it back! Don't stop fighting…and know that God has the final say.
Be blessed,
