You ARE The Kool-Aid, But Everyone Will NOT Like Your Flavor

Business is a funny thing, and if you've been in it for at least 5 years, I'd venture to say you've learned quite a bit.

I know over the past 13+ years Ricky and I have learned enough to feed a heard of elephants for years!

One thing that's really prevalent is that you MUST understand that you're not for everybody.

You ARE the kool-aid, but not everybody is your flavor. You can't get your feelings hurt when you get a nasty email, or hear through the grapevine that someone doesn't like your work, or has an opinion about how you conduct business.

It's simple…as much as we'd like to please everybody, you just can't. That's why I'm a huge fan of doing what YOU do regardless of what others are doing.

I once had a Private Mentorship client say to me she wanted to do a seminar on something, but too many others were doing the same thing.

Who cares? They aren't you! This reminds me of a video my daughter Nya captured while I was in the middle of one of my Million Dollar Stylist® LIVE! events.

A young lady was sharing with me her vision about how she wanted to do the exact thing that I'm currently doing in business.

Check it out here…

Your story is yours, it belongs to you. So, when you decide to step out on faith and produce your Seminar, Product, or create something for people to see own it and speak your truth.

Be blessed,
