  • Do I Have To Be Licensed To Attend A Live Event Or Learn From An Online Class?

    We do not require licensing in order to attend an event or learn from our Online Classes.

  • Is There A Live Person I Can Talk To?

    Yes! Robots are cool and all, but we’re a company full of real, live humans.  You can speak to one of our knowledgeable Team Members M-F 9am – 5pm PST by sending us an email at and we’ll be happy to set up an appointment with you. No robot voices required.

  • What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

    We are open Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. (Pacific Standard Time)

  • Are You Open On The Weekends?

    No. Our employees are given the weekends to spend with their families so that they are happy and fully ready to give you their absolute best during our business hours. We are open Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm PST. If it’s outside of those hours, just leave us a message or shoot us an email at and a Team Member will get back with you during business hours. We answer all emails and return all phone calls daily during the week.

  • Are You Open On Holidays?

    We are closed for all Federal U.S. holidays ie: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, 4th of July.

  • How Do Your Online Classes Work?

    Accessing your Online Class is simple! Here’s How It Works:


    Step 1: Purchase an Online Class. You can find a list of available Online Classes here:


    Step 2: Sign up for a Member Center Account (You should be taken to a page to register, immediately after your purchase is complete.)


    Step 3: Login to your Member Center Account at from any device that you have with a strong internet connection (Computer, Tablet, Smart Phone.) 


    Step 4: View your videos!

  • How Is The Information Broken Down In Your Online Classes?

    It is broken down by numbered modules and lessons in an easy to follow, step by step, searchable format.

  • Are The Videos Downloadable?

    The videos are not downloadable, but we do not restrict your access in any way. This means that you can log in to your Member Center Account if you get a new Computer, Tablet, or Phone. You can view your Classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for as long as you would like from any device that you have with a strong internet connection. Some courses do contain downloadable course materials and you can download and print these materials as many times as you need for your personal use.

  • Is There A Time Limit To View My Online Class?

    No! All of Marquetta’s Online Classes are learn at your own pace as well as having the ability to watch as often as you would like, as many times as you would like, for as long as you would like. From time to time, Marquetta schedules Live Online Classes with set dates, but for these classes, once that date has passed, your class replay will be uploaded.

  • Can I Start Up Where I Left Off In My Online Class?

    Absolutely! You can pick up right where you left off. As well as access your course over and over again.  24 hours 7 days a week at your leisure.

  • I Registered For A Member Center Account And Forgot My Password. What Do I Do?

    Just click the “Lost Your Password”  link on our Member Center Login Page to be sent an email to reset your password or email us at and let us know, we will be happy to help you change your password.

  • If you find this is happening, check your email’s Bulk/Junk Mail folder. Sometimes, our password reset emails are filtered there by mistake.  Or, you can always email us at and we will be happy to help you change your password.

  • What If I Made A Mistake In My Order?

    No problem, we all make mistakes. If you notice you made a mistake in your order contact us at [email protected] and we will fix it right away.

  • What If I Decide I Want A Refund?

    All of our Online Classes are covered under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you aren't thrilled with your purchase, simply email us within 30 Days of your purchase at for a full refund.

  • How Long Does It Take For Me To Get My Refund?

    Refunds are processed back to the initial form of purchase and usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

  • Can I Exchange My Online Class For Another?

    Yes! You can exchange your Online Class for one of the same value as long as you are within 30 days of your purchase. If choosing to exchange for a product of greater value, you must pay the price difference. You can email us the details here:

  • Do You Still Sell DVDs?

    Marquetta transitioned completely to digital products in October 2015, and we no longer carry DVDs. However, you can find some of Marquetta’s best selling training videos inside her legacy edition Online Classes. You can find a complete list of available Online Classes here:

  • How Long Will My Order Take To Get To Me?

    Unless you are ordering a physical product, your Online Classes are accessible immediately upon purchase via your Member Center Account and password. If you are ordering a physical product, shipping times can vary, but most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes we do! In fact, we’ve shipped globally for almost 2 decades. We love seeing new countries on the list and can’t wait to ship your order to you!

  • How Do I Attend A Live Event?

    Registering is easy as 1, 2, 3!


    Step 1: APPLY! If you’d like to come to one of Marquetta’s events, you simply need to fill out the form on that event’s page and let us know. Marquetta’s events sell out very quickly and we have an application process so that she can make sure that every single person in the event is there, ready to learn. 


    Step 2: REGISTER! If your application is picked, our team will send you an Event Agreement for you to fill out to pay your registration fee and finalize your registration for the event. The Agreement will have all the information you need about the event to arrange travel and accommodations so that you can check those costs before deciding to register. We believe in full transparency so everything from the dates and times of the event to our cancellation policy is detailed on the agreement so that you know EVERYTHING beforehand. 


    Step 3: ATTEND! Once you turn in your completed Event Agreement, our team will process your registration fee, add you to our Official Guest List, enroll you in that Event’s Information Section in your Member Center Account, and send you a confirmation email. That’s it, you’re all set!

  • Does Marquetta Travel for Seminars?

  • Where Can I Find My Live Event Details?

    Once you register, we will send you a confirmation email and enroll you in that specific event’s information section inside of our Member Center Account. This means all the information you need for your event will be in one easily accessible place. The best part? You can’t forget your event details at home because you can login and access them from any device with an internet connection. If you don’t have a Member Center Account with us yet or aren’t comfortable with online tools, don’t worry! Our team will be happy to walk you through logging in. It’s really simple, easy, and takes about 10 seconds. You’re going to love being able to access all your details on the go!

  • Where Will My Live Event Take Place?

    You will get this information 3 different ways. 


    1. All hotel information can be found on your specific event’s information page here: . Just scroll down to your event and click on it. Then scroll all the way down to the application form and the city and hotel will be listed right there. 


    1. The event times, hotel information, phone number, address, and discount code will all be available to you on your Event Agreement. You receive the agreement once you submit your application, so if you’re unsure, apply anyway. We’ll be happy to send you the details. 


    1. Specific meeting room information will be provided to you once you register for the event inside that Event’s Information Section which is an entire section of information specifically for your event that is found inside your Member Center Account. Don’t worry- we handle getting everything set up when you register. All you’ll need to do is login to check it out and we’ll show you how to do that, too! 

  • Do We Have To Stay At The Same Hotel As The Live Event?

    No, You can stay wherever you like. You are not required to stay at the hotel, but we are usually able to get you a discount code to use when making your online reservations. You receive this information inside your agreement to register for the event so you can check the cost even before you sign up!

  • If I Am Attending A Live Event, Will We Receive A Discounted Rate For Our Hotel Rooms?

    Yes! You will receive a code for a discount inside your Member Center Account detail page for your particular event.

  • What Time Do Marquetta's Live Events Begin?

    All of Marquetta’s Live Events begin at 9am local time (Pacific Time In Las Vegas.) and will end between 5 and 6pm local time.

  • Is Lunch Provided At Live Events?

    Lunch is not provided, but our staff will have tons of recommendations for where you can go. You are responsible for your lunch, but part of our criteria for booking a venue to hold our events is to make sure our attendees have lots of choices for food nearby.

  • Are Travel Expenses And Accommodations Included In My Event Registration Fee?

    No. Travel and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the attendee. They are not included in the purchase price of your live event.

  • I Registered For A Live Event, Do I Need To Bring Supplies?

    Depending on the live event you are attending will determine whether or not you need to bring any tools with you. Any items you need to bring with you will be listed on the details page about the event as well as sent to you via email after you register. If your event requires supplies, it will be clearly mentioned on your Event’s Information Page. You can click on your event for all the details here:

  • Will I Receive A Certificate After Attending A Live Event?

    It depends on the Live Event you are registered to attend. You can find if there is a certificate included with your Live Event on the Event Information Page here: Just choose your Live Event and click to read all the details! 

  • Can I Bring A Friend To My Live Event?

    Anyone can attend a live event. However, each person must purchase a ticket and be on the guest list of the live event

  • What If I Can’t Make It To The Live Event I Registered For?

    You can cancel your attendance. However, you must abide by the policy, cancelation, and payment terms included in your agreement. If you aren’t able to attend, e-mail us at and let us know and our team will be happy to help.

  • Is There A Payment Arrangement Available For Your Live Events?

    Some of our Live Events do have payment plan options available. If there is a payment plan option available, you can see the details on the Event’s Information Page here: Just click on your Live Event and scroll down to the application for the details. 

  • Due to COVID-19, What Are The Steps Your Team Will Take To Assure My Safety At Live Events?

     Temperature Checks: Each day before attendees enter the event room, they will have their temperature checked with our Digital Infrared Thermometer.

     Masks: Masks will be provided free of charge and will be required for all staff and attendees during the entire event.

     Social Distancing: Each attendee will be comfortably seated and spaced 6 feet apart from each other.

     Sanitization: Workspaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to coming in, during lunch, and again at the end of the day. We will also have hand sanitizer available for each attendee.
